The 4 key recommendations are :
- Housing For Seniors
- Accessibility for Seniors
- Caring for Seniors
- Opportunities for Seniors
These 4 recommendations will make Singapore a place with both young and old. Giving people from other country a better impression of Singapore. Thinking that Singapore gives what a elderly needs, it bring opportunity for Singapore in both economically and socially. The younger ones will be willing to invest and contribute to Singapore as they know Singapore will provide them with everything they need in the future when they are old.
State ONE way that the CAI report is recommending to make our public housing more elderly-friendly
Make all new buses low-floor, step-free and wheelchair accessible.
State TWO ways on how we can ensure that the quality of elderly care here in Singapore is affordable
- Lowering the fare for the Seniors.
- Government paying a certain percentage of
their monthly travel needs.
